We do NOT collect:

1.2 Device Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Camera

  • Microphone

These are required only for video communication.
We do not record or store your video/audio.

1.3 Device & Technical Data

To improve app performance, we may collect:

  • Device model

  • Operating system

  • App performance metrics

  • Crash logs (via Apple/Google tools)

No personal identity data is attached to these logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide video and audio communication

  • Identify you in a meeting

  • Improve app quality and stability

  • Support troubleshooting

We do not sell or rent your information.

3. Local Data Storage

The App may store:

  • Your name (locally on your device)

  • Temporary meeting information

All stored data remains on your device only.
Removing the app deletes all locally stored data.

We do NOT share your information with third parties except as required for app functionality.

4.1 Real-Time Video SDK

We use a third-party communication SDK (VideoSDK/WebRTC) to enable video calling.
They may temporarily process:

  • Session connection data

  • Network information

They do not collect personal user details like your name or identity.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by:

  • Law or regulation

  • Court order

  • Government authority

5. Children’s Privacy

Video Meeting is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we learn a child under 13 is using the App, we will delete any data stored on the device.

6. Security

We take appropriate steps to protect your data:

  • Secure encrypted communication (WebRTC)

  • No cloud storage of personal data

  • Local device storage only

No system is completely secure, but we follow best-practice measures.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may:

  • Change camera/mic permissions anytime in device settings

  • Delete the app to remove all stored local data

  • Update your display name inside the app

We do not maintain cloud accounts, so you retain full control.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use:

  • VideoSDK/WebRTC for video meetings

  • Apple/Google crash logs & analytics

  • SharePlus or similar for sharing meeting links (local only)

Each service has its own privacy policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision.
