Welcome to Video Meeting (“the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Video Meeting provides video calling and meeting features for personal and professional communication.

You agree to use the App:

  • Only for lawful purposes

  • Without violating the rights of others

  • Without disrupting the App’s performance

  • Without attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service

You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your device through the App.

2. User Accounts

Video Meeting does not require an account.

You may enter:

  • A display name (stored only on your device)

  • A meeting code to join/create a meeting

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and privacy of the name you provide.

3. Permissions

To use the App effectively, you may be required to grant:

  • Camera access

  • Microphone access

These are used solely for real-time video and audio communication.
You may change these permissions at any time via your device settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity

  • Record or distribute meetings without consent

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Impersonate others

  • Interfere with the App’s security or services

  • Use the App to violate privacy laws

Doing so may result in removal or restrictions on use.

5. Third-Party Services

Video Meeting uses third-party technologies, including but not limited to:

  • VideoSDK / WebRTC for video and audio calls

  • Apple or Google tools for crash reporting and analytics

  • SharePlus or similar for link sharing

These technologies may process temporary technical data required for communication.
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • We do not store video, audio, or meeting content.

  • Your name may be saved locally on your device.

  • No account, email, or phone number is required.

  • We do not sell personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, design, branding, and features (excluding third-party SDKs) are the property of the developer of Video Meeting.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Reverse-engineer

any part of the App.

8. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available

  • The App will be error-free

  • Video/audio quality will always be perfect

There may be occasional maintenance, connectivity issues, or outages.

We are not responsible for:

  • Internet provider issues

  • Device compatibility

  • Third-party SDK outages

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of communication

  • Unauthorized access by third parties

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You use the App illegally

  • You abuse our services

  • We discontinue the App or features

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.

Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated Terms.
